How can we offer this? The reason we can do this is because there are no large corporation franchise fees or multiple owners collecting profits from your fees. Greater Midwest Realty Corporation has one owner who operates the company on a break even philosophy. This means that all surplus money goes back into the company and its agents. For example, this year we added three additional office staff and allocated approximately $15,000.00 towards our agent’s bonus plan.
